This step lays the foundation for campaign success. The goal is to establish a spirit of collaboration & download as much as we can about your business. What does that look like? Healthy conversation, lots of questions and usually a handful of spreadsheets.

STRATEGY & PLANNING

Information & insights are then distilled into Campaign Parameters, the key elements that will drive the media planning process. From there, our team dives into the planning phase, leveraging client data, research & experience to formulate the media strategy, outline recommended channels, partners & tactics.

BUYING & BUILD OUT

Media space is negotiated and secured according to the approved media plan. Architecture is mapped out for platform-based digital channels (search, social, video) & built out within each platform. Creative specifications are outlined to provide context to the creative process & inform production efforts.

Launch & Management

Prior to launch Key Performance Indicators are agreed upon and tracking is set in place that informs channel optimizations & reporting. As the campaign goes “live,” internal systems are activated to monitor the campaign & uncover optimization opportunities.

Optimization & Reporting

The campaign is reviewed regularly across all major metrics, with a focus on areas to push into and others to pull back from. Larger scale optimization opportunities such as new channel tactics or messaging strategies to consider are brought forward. Comprehensive reporting is made available throughout the campaign that addresses campaign objectives, highlights Key Performance Indicators and identifies noteworthy trends.
